Problem-Solving 

We want people with juicy brains, who love to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth. You should be able to envision and come up with ideas to address any opportunity.

Technical Programming Skills

Comfort with database applications, especially low code/no code platforms. Proficiency in programming languages is an asset but not required.

Web design expertise is also important. We don't usually code pages from scratch, but if you have experience using page builder tools to layout and style pages, we'd love to see your portfolio.

Marketing Skills

We support our clients with copywriting, website design, email campaigns to nurture and sell, and other marketing services. We have frameworks and playbooks that we use but we are also open to ideas.

Curiosity

One of the most important things we look for is pure curiosity. When you talk to a client and they express a problem or an issue they're having, can you empathize with them while wondering about a solution? Are you comfortable asking questions to really understand what clients are struggling with?

Collaboration and Growth
